"I just want to say one word to you. Just one word. Plastics"
There's some debate about what exactly Walter Brook meant by this when he stares Dustin Hoffman down with this piece of advice in the 1967 film The Graduate... but it oddly haunts me when I'm in the kitchen. PLASTICS. They're everywhere. All over our food. Yuck.
Well now I want to say just one, er two, words to you: Bees Wrap.
Warm it a little with your hands to soften the wrap and create a seal. Be amazed at how long your bread stays fresh. Mmmm, bread.
Wash it in cool water, and re-use it.
Bees Wrap. It's better.
Made of beeswax, organic cotton, organic jojoba oil and tree resin.
