The Birch Store, located in a historic building since 1890 in the heart of the High Peaks Region of the Adirondack Mountains, offers an extraordinary shopping experience for those passing through, visiting for the summer, or lucky enough to live here year-round.
From the same counter top that once sold watches, clocks and picture frames at the turn of the last century, customers are welcomed in to a casual and low-key atmosphere and to get lost in the endless possibilities. Women’s and men’s clothing as well as shoes and jewelry share the first floor with tabletop, glassware and garden accessories. Upstairs we carry infant’s and children’s clothing, books and toys as well as linens, rugs and new and vintage records. Scattered throughout the store is an eclectic mix of furniture and lighting.
We are a small women owned and operated business located in Keene Valley, NY. Specializing in a uniquely curated selection of gifts, housewares, specialty food provisions, books and clothing for men, women, and children; The Birch Store provides everything one could want to take themselves from camp to cocktails!
We are open year round, 7 days a week, from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m!
