1) RETAIL STORE MANAGER:

30-40 hours/week. $20-$24/hr depending on experience to start.

  • an upbeat and positive personality and loves interacting with people (customers and staff alike);
  • working knowledge of cloud-based POS systems or is quick to learn new computer skills;
  • impeccable organizational skills and attention detail;
  • can not only multi-task, but can re-prioritize in the moment without sacrificing the completion of tasks;
  • creative problem-solving skills;
  • physical energy and is capable of lifting 35 lbs and climbing stairs.

Responsibilities will include:

  • scheduling, managing and training staff;
  • managing and merchandising inventory;
  • unpacking, organizing and inspecting new inventory;
  • checking in Purchase Orders and managing pricing;
  • knowledge of current inventory and what needs to be ordered;
  • working directly with and reporting to the owners to coordinate daily staff tasks;
  • potential to grow into ordering inventory.

This is a really great position with excellent growth potential and opportunities for creative innovation for the right candidate.

2) RETAIL OFFICE ASSISTANT:

10-30 hours/week. $18-$22/hr depending on experience.

Do you love organizing? Do spreadsheets give you joy? Does the satisfaction of completed data entry float your boat? We want to meet you! We are looking for an office assistant at our busy retail shop.

Ideal candidate:

  • has a working knowledge of cloud-based POS systems;
  • is comfortable using spreadsheets;
  • is quick to learn new computer skills and filing systems.

Responsibilities will include:

  • updating Point of Sale with new inventory;
  • creating and checking in Purchase Orders;
  • tracking and ordering office and store supplies;
  • keeping track of, printing and filing invoices and receipts;
  • additional data entry.

3) RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE:

8-30 Hours. $17-$22/hr depending on experience. Part time and full time positions are available.

Retail Associates assist customers with product information, process purchases and returns through a cloud-based point of sale system and assist in product merchandising and inventory control.

Job Requirements:

  • A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
  • An ability to pay attention to detail.
  • An ability to self-start and stay aware of what needs to be done.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
  • Comfort learning new computer software.
  • The ability to lift 35 lbs and climb stairs.
  • Bonus: an eye for style and a love of beautiful things.
